Galileo Spin-off Series:タガーリン (Tagarin)

Greetings to all the fans of Asian cinema and dramas out there! I'd like to introduce myself. I'm Nathan, otherwise known as Tuna. We've got a nice little new year surprise for you Yukirin fans out there! Fan-subs to a spin-off series that originally aired from April 13 to June 22, 2013. Ais has put a lot of effort into this project and I'm really happy with the results. I wanted to share this with those of you that might have discovered this spin-off quite some time ago, originally done in 2013 by sillythings48 from ProjectSUB48, but never got to finish it as the fan-subs were incomplete. With their approval, Ais worked on revisiting the subtitles from the beginning to make sure everything stays consistent and as accurate as we can get them. So with that, we bring you the Galileo spin-off series Tagarin.

In this spin-off, Yukirin plays a traffic officer named Ejima Chihiro. She and two other members of the traffic department are ordered to investigate cases that cannot be made public. One night, a high school student jumped off the balcony from her dormitory. While the evidence gathered on the scene points to suicide, there are rumors that there may be another cause for her death. Officer Chihiro asks detective Otagawa Minoru to reinvestigate the case and find the truth together.

This will be available for you to download in a variety of places.

I''s JDrama complete raws + Extras. English subtitling of the main drama dropped. We'll just probably do the extras

Having now ripped the official English subtitles from Dimsum, a Malaysian streaming site, subbing for this JDrama is now more or less dropped.

Cons - If you've been checking our D-Addicts posts and social media accounts (Twitter, Facebook, and Plurk), we got stuck in ep10 of the beta version sadly. We're doing this in our free time and as a hobby after all. Real life commitments always come first. Even though the official English subtitles from Dimsum have relatively different style of translations, they are still quite good.

Pros - Less work for us now and can now move on to other ongoing projects.

Minna! ESPer Dayo! Yokubou Darake no Love Wars

This is something that has been going on for quite awhile when SacredCultivator approached me to continue where AozoraSubs left off. At first, we were supposed to also work on the "Minna! ESPer Dayo! Bangaihen ~ ESPer, Miyako e Iku (2015)" but somebody else beat us to it, which is fine since I personally haven't got that far with translating that TV Special.

So instead, I chose we work on this dTV original series which hasn't been English subtitled yet (and it was harder as it didn't have any Japanese captions haha Mostly translated this by ear). You can read more information about it in this AnimeNewsNetwork article.

This was intentionally made in time yesterday, April 12, 2019, for the anniversary of my kouhai's group, Hello!Fansubs - so happy anniversary to them!

In other news, I still am currently working on Code Blue the Movie and I"s ep8 (and ep9) will really be late till I finish Code Blue the Movie. Only took a “breather” translating this finale episode since it’s only half an hour and has Japanese captions. Having no captions in I"s is really a bummer. I’d rather have something like Code Blue the Movie where it has Japanese captions even though I’m struggling with the medical terms. Thank you for your patience.

Video Girl Ai 2018 SP Raws

Raws for now. Thanks to JPopSuki for providing the untapped raw ts file. Believe me when I say that this encoding is far better compared to the older encodings (which I think we won't use in the batched final version) which we released in the main series. Thanks also to GuSTaVauM for guiding me in using VapourSynth that I finally got it to work in my Linux main desktop computer (with working audio finally (and yes, I'm next to always use Linux as the main operating system)).

There would be beta version English subtitles first of this Special and would be released in MediaFire, D-Addicts, & SubScene. It is currently underway and will just post in our social media accounts (Plurk, Twitter, Facebook) once we released the beta version English subtitles. There would eventually be v1 / Final versions to follow.
